Outcrop is a property research platform. Scores, verdicts, ranges and other outputs ("signals") are indicative research outputs generated by deterministic models from public data and published benchmarks. Signals are not a valuation, appraisal, or financial, investment or legal advice, and do not take your circumstances into account. Sample content marked "sample" or "illustrative" does not represent real listings. Always conduct your own due diligence and obtain independent professional advice before any property decision.
Outcrop does not provide real estate agency services. Any property acquisition services are provided by independent licensed Western Australian agents under their own engagement terms. Outcrop may receive a referral fee from a partner agent if you choose to engage them; this never changes the fee you pay.
The Budget Crawler is in early access. Setting up a brief does not create a paid subscription and you will not be charged; trials are activated individually and confirmed by email. When paid subscriptions launch, pricing and billing terms will be presented before any charge.
You may not scrape, bulk-extract or resell Outcrop outputs or underlying datasets, or use the service to harass property owners.
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, which may imply non-excludable guarantees), Outcrop's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to AUD 100 or resupply of the service. Signals may be incomplete or out of date; we do not warrant accuracy.
