Effective 11 June 2026. Outcrop ("we") is an Australian property research platform operated from Perth, Western Australia (ABN 90 807 122 099).
When you request a sample digest or set up a Crawler brief we collect: your email address, your search brief (budget band, areas, asset classes), addresses you check, and basic technical data (page, referrer). We do not collect payment details until a paid subscription is activated, and then only via our payment processor.
To send you the emails you asked for (sample digest, weekly Top 5, Crawler matches and service messages), to tailor what we send you, and to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers (email delivery, database hosting) who process data on our behalf.
We only send marketing email with your consent (the checkbox you tick). Every email includes a way to opt out, and you can reply "unsubscribe" to any email - we action it promptly, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Data is stored with cloud providers in Australia and may be processed overseas by our providers. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time: hello@mail.tenderiq.au. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Property signals are derived from public government datasets (e.g. Landgate/SLIP, G-NAF) and published market research. They relate to properties, not to identified individuals.
Outcrop uses automated systems to match properties to your saved investment brief and to rank research signals. In plain terms: we prioritise properties that best fit the profile you gave us — your budget band, preferred asset classes and locations — ranked by deterministic research metrics computed from public government records and licensed market benchmarks. Behavioural data we may use for this: your saved brief, addresses you check, reports you open, and adjustments you make to your brief. We do not use sensitive personal information for matching.
Explanations. Every personalised selection states which of your brief criteria it matched, and every signal ticket lists the public sources and assumptions behind its numbers ("Why" and "Assumptions" sections).
Opting out. You can switch off automated matching at any time using the "Switch off automated matching" link in any personalised email (or by replying "manual"). You keep full access to manual search and property checks; we simply stop selecting properties for you automatically.
Positioning. Outputs are strategic research signals derived from public records. They are not a valuation, financial product advice, or a recommendation to enter a transaction.
